Print And Apply System

METAFYNIXX offers advanced Industrial Print and Apply Systems designed to automate high-speed labeling operations with precision and reliability. These systems are ideal for manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, packaging, and distribution industries where accurate barcode labeling and product identification are essential. Engineered for seamless integration into production lines, our print and apply solutions support real-time printing and automatic label application on cartons, pallets, boxes, and products of various shapes and sizes. Built for demanding industrial environments, the systems deliver consistent performance, reduced manual effort, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced traceability across the supply chain.

Industrial Print and Apply Systems are advanced automated labeling solutions designed for high-speed and high-accuracy operations in manufacturing, warehousing, packaging, and logistics environments.

These systems print variable information such as barcodes, batch numbers, serial numbers, expiry dates, and shipping details in real time, then automatically apply labels directly onto products, cartons, pallets, or packaging surfaces.

Integrated with ERP, WMS, and production management systems, they help improve operational efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance product traceability across the supply chain.

The system typically consists of three core components.

  1. Print Engine uses industrial-grade thermal transfer or direct thermal printers from leading brands such as Zebra and SATO to deliver reliable, high-quality printing.

  2. Applicator is the mechanism responsible for applying labels accurately onto different surfaces and is selected based on product type, surface texture, and production speed requirements.

  3. PLC Controller manages the synchronization of printing and application processes while enabling seamless communication with upstream production and automation systems for smooth workflow integration.
Types of Applicators

Type How It Works Best For
Tamp A pneumatic or electric arm presses the label directly onto the surface. Flat boxes, cartons, and static production lines
Tamp-Blow A vacuum pad holds the label while a burst of air applies it without direct contact. Fragile items and contoured surfaces
Wipe-On The label is dispensed and wiped onto a moving product using a brush or roller. High-speed production lines and cylindrical cans
Blow-On A controlled burst of air propels the label from the pad onto the product surface. Irregular shapes and non-contact labeling
Corner-Wrap The label is applied to one panel and wrapped around the adjacent side. Shipping boxes, pallet corners, and logistics packaging
Key Features:
